The indicator refers to 1 transnational strategy for the inclusion of disadvantaged young people to the labour market and 8 local strategies that are co-developed with the stakeholders of the LCIs. Through these joint strategies, the project will foster collaboration among stakeholders from various sectors, including governmental institutions, NGOs and the private sector. Through the involvement of the LCIs in each PP country, local stakeholders show commitment to the vision and objectives of the project and have the motivation, the network as well as the guide for the implementation of the tailored strategies. Although the local strategies will be tailored to the local needs of the target regions, one of the most important components of the strategies will be adaptability, facilitating the uptake of the strategies in other regions facing similar challenges.
