1.1.3: Organisations with increased institutional capacity due to their participation in cooperation activities across the borders

All partners and associated strategic partners, as well as regional stakeholders in the respective IaaS nodes will benefit durably from an increase of their institutional capacity through: The joint development of a common, standardised and harmonised framework for the classification of innovation support services (tools and methods, hard and soft services, access to spaces and equipment, good practices). The participation in peer-based learning activities, including - A core programme targeting a large number of professionals and aiming for ensuring a homogeneous minimum level of expertise in core innovation services in all project regions. - Advanced courses addressing specific topic and aiming for an advanced level of expertise. - Study visits dedicated to exploring in details ‘comprehensive ecosystems’ at places bringing together all (or close to) elements of an integrated IaaS offer (smart space with dedicated infrastructure, mentoring and coaching offer, training, networks…).
