The IntegrAGE solutions, including train the trainer capacity building, age management training, resilience training, and mentoring programs, underwent testing in pilot countries and were validated by the IntegrAGE Alliance. Stakeholders in the Danube Region embraced these solutions. Employers implement them to improve well-being and productivity of older employees. Governments incentivize or regulate employers to adopt these solutions. NGOs and industry associations collaborate with the Alliance to promote the solutions, provide training, and advocate for age-friendly workplace practices. Educational institutions incorporate age management, resilience training, and mentoring programs into their curricula. Trade Unions collaborate with the Alliance to promote and negotiate the implementation of these solutions in collective bargaining agreements. Senior employees actively participate in these programs to enhance skills, adapt to changes, and extend their professional careers.
