#RomansWineDanube Project Presentation at ICARUS Conference

From 13-15th of March 2024, the ICARUS Conference in Osijek „Heritage Beyond Borders: Cultural and Educational Practices and New Perspectives”, Croatia, welcomed researchers, professionals, and enthusiasts from across Europe to discuss innovations and advancements in archival research and cultural heritage. 

The conference provided a platform for the exchange of ideas, methodologies, and collaborative opportunities. Ms Ivana Samardzic, Project manager of #RomansWineDanube was invited by the conference organizers to take part in this conference.

During first paralel session on the last day of the conference focused on "Engaging with Heritage" and moderated by Lana Skender, she used this opportunity to showcase the start of the project and present overall key project objectives and activities and emphasize on the events that will be implemented in Osijek until 2026. 

She also highlighted the development of the Roman Emperors and Danube Wine Route, a cultural route certified by the Council of Europe, showcasing its significance in engaging communities with their heritage.
