This project result is achieved through the uptake of O1.1 (ANCHOR transnational strategy) and O1.2 (Local ANCHOR Action Plans). The aim of the Local Action Plans is to provide local partners with a coherent and actionable strategy to enhance governance structures at the local level, specifically targeting the labour market. Meanwhile, the Transnational Strategy can be utilized beyond the partnership, assisting other cities and regions confronting similar challenges. This result is highly durable and transferable.
