Through SO2, the capacity of stakeholders is strengthened and rural NEETs find their purpose in life, create their own personal pathways and balance their social and professional ambitions. By leveraging the project's potential, rural NEETs are empowered to embrace the belief that, regardless of their challenging circumstances, opportunities for breakthroughs exist, and it is never too late to forge new plans. They even recognise their potential, which may have been hidden until now.

As a result of the SO2 activities, the integration of NEETs into society, education and/or the labour market is triggered. Rural NEETs develop a sustainable trust in the system, in the organisations that help them through the mentoring programme. The target group's virtual mobility also increases, their digital integration begins, they learn about digital learning and remote working opportunities, they gain new perspectives, and they see and accept the support they need to integrate into society.
