So, what is #CultHeRit all about?
Identifying solutions for labor market imbalances in the cultural heritage sector in the Danube region by improving its accessibility to young professionals
Main objective of the #project is:
- to optimize the sectoral labor market by inducing positive changes in employment practices that are currently applied in the #culturalheritage sector in the #DanubeRegion
- to define and test TN employment model for #CHIM
It is an initiative of 13 cultural heritage institutions and their associated partners from eight countries of the Danube region: Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.
