Transnational aspirational employment model in the cultural heritage institutes and museums sector in the Danube region
This practical guide offers a tested, evidence-based framework aimed at enabling institutions to attract, integrate, and retain emerging talent through a, developed, and evaluated two-stage process.
The specific objective of the model is to define an evidence-based transnational framework for improving the accessibility of employment for young professionals in the CHIM sector in the Danube Region. Because it was defined at the transnational level rather than for a single national setting, the model is intended to be broadly applicable across the sector, while remaining open to adaptation to national regulations and local circumstances.
