Tested transnational aspirational employment model

One of the most important results of the project will be the new high-standard transnational employment model developed within the project, which will be transposed in the HR policies of the participating CHIMs. Before the end of the project, the relevant partners will review their relevant HR documents and start the process of transferring elements of the jointly developed transnational model into their own operation. The model will be channeled towards the relevant decision-makers at national level (through the advocacy campaign and the KSGs) creating the premise for generating a change in the regulatory environments across the Danube region. The solution, based on previously tested procedures and processes, will be offered to other CHIM helping them retain the skilled workforce in the field of cultural heritage and to convince young and talented professionals to consider a career in this field.
