Solution - Output 2.6 Innovative D4SEE digital training platform for SEs tested and improved based on the results of the piloting

A digital learning platform supporting capacity building through microlearning and micro-credentials

Output 2.6 presents the validated D4SEE Digital Training Platform developed within the Danube4SEecosystem project to strengthen the knowledge and skills of Social Enterprises (SEs) and Local Public Authorities (LPAs) through an innovative microlearning approach. The platform was designed as a comprehensive digital learning environment that combines multilingual learning content, interactive assessments, micro-credentials and progress monitoring, enabling flexible, self-paced learning while supporting cooperation across the Danube Region.

Following its development, the platform was tested and further improved through pilot implementation carried out in nine partner countries. The pilot phase generated extensive quantitative and qualitative evidence on user engagement, learning progress, assessment performance, certification outcomes and participant satisfaction. These findings were used to validate the platform's functionality and identify opportunities for improving content relevance, usability and the overall learning experience.

The platform supports two differentiated learning pathways tailored to the specific needs of its main target groups. Social Enterprises benefit from training modules focused on entrepreneurship, management, digitalisation, financing, marketing and organisational development, while Local Public Authorities access learning resources dedicated to social economy policies, ecosystem development, public procurement and cooperation with social enterprises. Interactive H5P assessments, automated progress tracking and micro-credential certificates provide learners with continuous feedback and formal recognition of acquired competences.

The report also provides a comprehensive overview of the pilot implementation, analysing participant registration, module completion, assessment results, certificates issued and success cases across all participating countries. Comparative analyses identify learning patterns, engagement trends and best-performing modules, while participant feedback highlights strengths and areas for further improvement, providing valuable evidence for the continuous development of the platform.

Beyond documenting the pilot implementation, the report demonstrates the platform's strong potential for long-term sustainability and transferability. Thanks to its modular architecture, multilingual content, digital assessment tools and flexible learning model, the D4SEE Digital Training Platform provides a scalable and adaptable solution that can continue to support capacity building, knowledge transfer and cooperation within social economy ecosystems across the Danube Region after the project's completion.
