23rd April: Technology workshop

Technology Workshop was held online on 23rd April organised by Rosenheim (PP2).
• Duration: 10:00 – 13:00 a clock MEZ (UTC+2) (3 hours)
• Held exclusively online via Zoom

The presentation first gave an overview of the three construction technologies:
Wood-, Solid- and Steel-construction. Next their market shares were displayed
and explained. Each construction technology was briefly visualized, and their
pros and cons discussed. Exemplarily on the wooden construction it was shown
how prefabrication is implemented. After that the three construction methods
were compared in terms of sustainability. Under the title “Technologies for
circularity” different technics and practical solutions have been showed.
