Fem2forests is not a short-term project but a long-term cooperation and dissemination of GPE among PP. Through the ambassador program, the project will establish a program network of organizations among partners working in education, training and exchanging good practices. The program will make female pioneer ambassadors. They will share innovative ideas, experiences and knowledge. Tools will be developed to support innovative and attractive career paths for women in the forestry sector. Fem2forests will also create international alumni for women in the forestry sector. At the end of the project, international alumni will support finding and employment opportunities. In this way, the results of the project will spread across borders. The booklet will be produced in each partner country. Schematic illustrations of support systems will be produced, expanded and used. All project results will be used also after the end of the project.
