About us
PATHS – Personalized Approach to Territorial Life and Career Support is a transnational project focused on empowering young people in rural areas. We develop Life Path Support Services (LPSS) that provide accessible, personalized career guidance at the local level. Many youth in the Danube Region face limited opportunities, lack of information, and pressure to leave their communities. PATHS helps them build self-awareness, gain real-world experience, and connect with trained local mentors. Our model supports sustainable regional development by strengthening inclusion and equity in education and career planning. Together, we co-create a future where all youth - regardless of background - can thrive locally. PATHS bridges the gap between potential and opportunity.
