Results contains: O.2.1 Training concept and curriculum for the LPSS Mentor Training in the Danube Region - 1 tested, implemented and evaluated in the framework of the LPs O.2.2 Methodological guide and toolkit for organising and implementing the "I own the path!" camps in DR - 1 tested, implemented and evaluated in the LPs O.2.3 DR LPSS Model at municipal level - Component 1-2: methodological framework and guidance with monitoring and impact assessment tools - tested, implemented and evaluated in 6 LPs (following national adapt.) All output results can stand on their own, but their complex use is actually embodied in the DR LPSS Model.
