Result 3 is linked to O1.2 and involves the establishment of a pilot training centre as an innovation hub. The main task of the pilot training centre is to test and develop new training services and entry points that meet the needs of learners in any region, while ensuring high quality. Specifically, we will develop course content, laboratory equipment, co-teaching formats, and flexible training methods, such as micro-credits and on-the-job training. To support the development process, transnational peer groups will be implemented to improve interview techniques and questionnaires for working with special learning groups, such as school children or vulnerable groups. All seven regions will use the pilot training centres, achieving a target value of seven. In total, we will develop 21 courses and 21 entry points, each for school children, students, and a selected vulnerable group in every region. Result 3 leads to high quality training services and benefits the 286 trainees of TransAC.
