First WIN newsletter

We are excited to announce that the first WIN newsletter has been sent out! This newsletter highlights key developments and activities within the WIN project that has been successfully done till now, aimed at breaking down barriers, providing opportunities for skill development, and increasing the visibility of women in the labor market.

In this first edition, we shared an overview of the project’s goals, introduced the partners involved, and provided updates on the initial partner meetings where key discussions focused on the challenges faced by women in different regions. We provided an update on the key deliverables completed so far, including D.1.1.1: The input paper on the position of women in the labor markets of peripheral industrial regions, D.1.3.1: The analysis of local/regional/national employment policies addressing women, and D.2.1.1: Guidelines for developing social innovations. Additionally, we announced the successful launch of the WIN Innovation groups, which will be vital in driving co-creation processes and implementing the project's envisioned social innovations.
