WIN Innovation groups in the Czech Republic
In the Czech Republic the partners have reached out to 13 key stakeholders inside and outside their territory with the invitation to join the working group, followed by personal meetings with each potential member. They have managed to establish a working group with 9 members.
Since the beginning of the work of the WIN Innovation group they had only small changes in the membership base. During the first working period they managed to comprehend the situation in their territory and identify the main challenges. On the basis of which they will establish social innovations, from which they will choose one to test in their pilot region. They also reached out to their target groups through survey to verify the observations. At the last meeting first proposals of potential solutions started to emerge.
Their target groups include not only women but also 15-year-old young people, both girls and boys. They have found a strong potential in this target group because although participants take over some stereotypes from their parents, they also perceive that they might not necessarily be right.
