Upcoming CapTTict Meeting in Novi Sad: Presenting the Action Plan for Evidence-Based S3

Project partners will gather in Novi Sad, Serbia, on 20–21 November 2025 to present the draft Action Plan for an evidence-based S3 approach and discuss key activities of the CapTTict project.

As part of the CapTTict project, a partner meeting will take place in Novi Sad, Serbia, on 20–21 November 2025, hosted at the Science Technology Park. The event will bring together project partners and invited stakeholders to discuss progress within SO3, Activity 3.4, and to present the draft Action Plan for an evidence-based approach to Smart Specialisation Strategies (S3).

The two-day programme will include presentations of CapTTict achievements and tools, insights from data collection and country perspectives on S3 development, as well as a panel discussion on ICT innovation. The second day will focus on the draft Action Plan, interactive workshops, and the incubation and acceleration programme.

This meeting represents an important step in shaping the project’s outputs and strengthening collaboration among key stakeholders in research, innovation, and S3 policy development.
