Exploring Innovation in Social Services: Transnational Innovation Program in Budapest

On March 18th, our Transnational Innovation Program brought together partners from across the Danube Region for an insightful and inspiring exchange in Budapest. Designed to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing, the event focused on innovative approaches to community care within the Hungarian social services system.

A key highlight of the program was the on-site field activities, where participants had the unique opportunity to witness best practices in action. Through professional lectures, interactive workshops, and international group work, experts and practitioners engaged in dynamic discussions on new models of community-based social support.

The study visits were particularly memorable, offering first-hand insights into how local governments implement innovative solutions in social services. By exploring these real-world applications, participants gained valuable perspectives that can be adapted and applied across the Danube Region.

We are grateful to everyone who contributed to this inspiring event and look forward to continuing our shared journey toward enhanced social innovation and transnational cooperation!
