Project Partner Meeting and Study Visit in Podgorica, Montenegro

We had the pleasure of participating in the Project Partner Meeting and Study Visit held in Podgorica, Montenegro, on 25–26 November 2025. The event was hosted by the Science and Technology Park Montenegro and brought together project partners for two days of intensive collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strategic discussions.

Day 1: Project Implementation and Strategic Focus

The first day was dedicated to key project components and implementation activities. Partners engaged in in-depth discussions on:

- the B2GREENHUB Platform and its functionalities,

- financial monitoring and planning,

- assessment questionnaires and piloting activities,

- impact assessment methodologies, and

- the development of the transnational strategy for accelerating the circular transition.

The day concluded with a joint discussion session, followed by a networking social dinner, providing an excellent opportunity for informal exchange and strengthening partnerships.

Day 2: Steering Committee Meeting and Study Visit

The second day focused on the Steering Committee Meeting, where partners reviewed project progress and discussed next steps. This was followed by visits to the tenants of the Science and Technology Park Montenegro and an extended study visit, offering valuable insights into local innovation ecosystems and best practices.

Strengthening Cooperation

Overall, the two-day meeting provided an excellent opportunity for alignment among partners, mutual learning, and reinforcing cooperation. We were pleased to actively contribute to the professional discussions and to support the continued progress and successful implementation of the project.
