Circular DigiBuild policy and pilot analyses now cover all 13 partner countries
Circular DigiBuild has published the final versions of three analyses that turn the project’s pilots and policy work into practical guidance for the Danube region. They now include the contributions of all 13 partner countries.
Regional Outlines on Pilots (D.3.3.3) summarises how stakeholders in 13 countries assessed the three CDB pilots – the Urban Mining Screener (Austria), Digital Identifiers for Construction Elements (Bulgaria) and AI/ML soft sensors for smart buildings (Croatia) – and what is needed to replicate them: local data, common standards, clear data governance and phased implementation.
The Policies Synthesis Report (D.3.6.2) brings together the policy improvements proposed by the partners – from BIM linked to material data and circular public procurement to end-of-waste rules, digital CDW tracking and targeted finance for SMEs – and explains why these changes are needed now.
The Better Policies Annexe (D.3.6.3) to the 2030 Danube Region Digital Innovation Strategy for Circular Construction sets out the country commitments under the Strategy’s five pillars and 21 KPIs, and the models that can be transferred between countries.
All three documents are available for download below. Their implementation is followed up by the DANUBE CiDiCon Cluster – join at www.cidicon.org.
