Presentation of DRWO 4.0 at the World Habitat Days Workshop

As part of the World Habitat Days events, organized annually by the Faculty of Design, the Wood Industry Cluster held a workshop titled Exchange of Experiences on EU Environmental Directives. The workshop featured representatives from several companies: Alples, d.d. (Mr. Franc Tolar), Lip Bled, d.o.o. (Mr. Matjaž Tomaževič), Lumar IG, d.o.o. (Ms. Nataša Teraž Krois), Marles hiše Maribor, d.o.o. (Ms. Tina Špegelj), Sanyei (Ms. Janja Sivec), Mizarstvo Florjančič (Mr. Marko Meštrič), and Moba, d.o.o. (Ms. Milena Bevc).

During the workshop, the European Commission's ESPR Regulation (Eco-Design for Sustainable Products Regulation) was presented by Valeria Radosavljević from Ecolibrium, along with the Interreg Danube DRWO 4.0 project, presented by Veronika Gruden from the Faculty of Design.

A guided discussion between participants (companies), aimed at sharing best practices and addressing challenges related to the transition to a circular, green economy, was led by Mr. Bernard Likar.
