Train-the-Trainer Workshop Kuchl, Austria

On 13 May 2025, the DRWO4.0 project successfully held a Train-the-Trainer workshop on Lean Management, delivered by Culmena Ltd., at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences (SUAS), Campus Kuchl. The workshop hosted 35 participants in person, with additional participants joining online, making it a truly hybrid and inclusive event.

The participants were welcomed by Prof. Alexander Petutschnigg, Head of Department at SUAS, and the DRWO4.0 project was introduced by Bernard Likar from Wood Industry Cluster Slovenia. The main sessions were led by Nedeljko Štefanić (Culmena Ltd.), focusing on Lean Methodology in the context of Industry 4.0 transformation for the wood industry.

The interactive format featured both theoretical input and practical, hands-on exercises, including the production of model planes and structured activities to identify and improve work processes. The event concluded with a networking lunch, fostering exchange among participants from different countries.
