Pannonian Basin Geothermal Stakeholders’ Meetup – Join the Online Webinar on 3 June 2026
A new opportunity is emerging to strengthen cooperation across the Pannonian Basin’s geothermal sector. On 3 June 2026 at 15:00 CET, GreetGeo and GEOSYN, in collaboration with Geo-Cluster and REHEATEAST, will host an online stakeholders’ meetup bringing together key actors from across the region.
The webinar aims to connect geothermal stakeholders—from both deep and shallow geothermal segments—across eight countries: Austria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine. Despite the region’s rich and largely underutilised geothermal potential, stronger collaboration and knowledge exchange are essential to unlock further development.
Participants will have the opportunity to introduce their organisations through short presentations, followed by a moderated Q&A session. The event is designed to foster partnerships in areas such as EU project collaboration, technology development, investment implementation, and market expansion.
Interested participants are invited to register and share basic information about their organisation in advance. The meetup offers a structured platform to build connections, improve visibility, and accelerate geothermal project development in the region.
