Training on understanding investment readiness
Aim of this exercise is to take the view of possible investors in the assessment of the reindustrialisation project: workforce resources (working age population, unemployment rate, catchment area including commuting area, training institutions), business environment (sectors present), planning (zone regime, planning restrictions, existing constructions, contaminations, other hazards), accessibility etc.
