Exciting Recap from Our ReInd-BBG Project Meeting in Vienna

We are excited to share a recap of our second face-to-face meeting of the Interreg-funded ReInd-BBG project in Vienna!

On September 30, 2024, we had a full day of working sessions in which we dove deep into crucial project components. The morning began with an engaging discussion on the assessment tool led by BOKU, followed by a presentation on the Atlas of Best Practices, which we are currently developing.

In the afternoon, we participated in a scenario construction workshop and held a SCOM meeting to reflect on our first project period. We also discussed communication activities and outlined the next steps. All 39 participants from 7 countries wrapped up the day with a wonderful team dinner at Weingut Feuerwehr Wagner.

The following day, we explored some of Vienna's latest brownfield redevelopment projects with guided tours of the Nordbahnhof Area and Seestadt Aspern.

It was a productive meeting, and we are grateful for the insightful discussions and collaboration as we work towards revitalising brownfield sites together!
