RISE Second Project Partner Meeting

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, partners of the RISE project convened in Budva, Montenegro, for the second project partner meeting. The gathering focused on reviewing the progress of ongoing activities, with a particular emphasis on the regional business support ecosystem analysis and the regional analysis of small food and drink providers’ needs. These activities are designed to strengthen the project's overarching objective: to improve entrepreneurial competences and skills in remote areas through food innovation potentials and to address current global challenges.

In addition to this, partners discussed project management and the establishment of the Transnational Mentor Community, which will identify capable and interested mentors from each partner region, equipping them to use cross-sector tools and participate in a mentorship testing program aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their green and digital transformation.

The meeting underscored the RISE project’s commitment to fostering sustainable growth and innovation, bringing together expertise and resources to drive impactful change in Europe’s remote areas. The collaborative spirit and shared goals of the partners continue to shape the way forward, paving the path for meaningful progress and lasting impact.
