RTIT Final Conference: Strengthening Innovation Ecosystems Across the Danube Region

As part of the RTIT project, the final conference brought together more than 70 participants from Bosnia and Herzegovina and seven other Danube Region countries, including project partners, SMEs, research organizations, academic institutions, and business support organizations.

The event marked the conclusion of the two-and-a-half-year project focused on strengthening SME innovation capacities and improving cooperation between businesses and research organizations in the field of materials and material technologies.

During the conference, partners presented the main results, lessons learned, and tools developed throughout the project. Discussions highlighted the importance of stronger connections between research and industry, practical approaches to innovation support, and the role of transnational cooperation in accelerating research, technology, and innovation transfer.

The event also featured inspiring discussions on supporting breakthrough innovations, technology transfer, and creating more effective innovation ecosystems that enable businesses and researchers to collaborate more efficiently.
