[Meet Our Partners] From the fields of Germany to coastal mountains of Montenegro, and all the way across Romania to the Black Sea, SMILE Incubator brings together a very diverse group of partners, equally representing very diverse groups of rural youth across the wider Danube region.

This time - UZOR, from Montenegro!

Although young people in Montenegro spend a significant amount of time online, the question remains how they use that time. The data shows that most remain passive—66% never engage in online activism, 43% never volunteer, and 40% are not part of any organization. There is clear potential to strengthen youth civic and digital engagement.
