SMILE Incubator second monthly meeting a success!

The SMILE Incubator consortium gathered for its second online monthly meeting to coordinate ongoing efforts and share key updates and welcomed new team member Teodora Đurnić (UZOR) to the project.

We discussed dates for upcoming SCOM events which are now available on our shared drive. Key communication documents (Plan, Strategy & Rulebook) have also been published. A new synergy-monitoring table was introduced to track collaboration with similar projects.

Communication Manager Erika Džajić Uršič (FIS) reminded all partners to visibly display the SMILE project poster and contribute promotional ideas and announced new materials and gadgets for the communication segment of SMILE.

Alenka Pandiloska Jurak (RUDOLFOVO) presented the financial dynamics and shared a forecasting table. All partners are kindly reminded to complete it by 31 July 2025.

Strategic Objectives

SO1, led by Prof. Dr. Martin Žagar (RIT), is moving forward with the development of key research materials. Four essential documents have been produced and are now awaiting final approval from the involved partners.

SO2, coordinated by Asst. Prof. Dr. Alenka Pandiloska Jurak (RUDOLFOVO), is currently focused on Activity A2.1: Cataloguing the Stakeholder Landscape.

SO3, under the leadership of Inez Fekete (STRIA), officially launched with a kick-off meeting held in early July. The session clarified team expectations and established a clear approach for organizing and managing the upcoming work within this objective.
