Planned results in Specific Objective 2

The results will be demonstrated through delivered outputs, determined by our project partners, as well as the lead partner. This sections focuses on final outputs for Specific Objective 2.

O.2.1

Engaging relevant stakeholders

O2.1 quantifies the cooperation among PPs by documenting and measuring their collective efforts in mapping, identifying, and engaging among 1) representatives of the target groups, 2) youth and social media providers and 3) policy makers at regional, national and local level. This will demonstrate collaboration by tracking joint activities, including co-creating a standardised data collection template used across all partner countries. Also, the cooperation will be reflected in establishing a Policy Impact Committee (PIC), which will engage at least 20 stakeholders from various sectors. This process will involve contributions from all project partners, ensuring a transnational approach, quantifying data on the number of workshops, meetings, and communication activities held among PPs to jointly compile and finalize the database and the number of policy recommendations jointly proposed through the PIC highlighting the extent of collaboration and added value of transnational cooperation in achieving the project’s objectives.

O.2.2

SMILE Incubator strategy with actions plan

The document will contain a strategy for the future functioning of the SMILE Incubator, i.e. its development and operation after the completion of the project. It will contain the incubator's goals, orientations, and activity guidelines. It will include an action plan for using the SMILE Incubator as an important regional player and generator of positive change that strengthens social media and leadership competencies of rural youth, contributing to the stabilisation of democracy, good governance and socio-economic development in the Region, especially in the – mostly less developed – rural areas.

O.2.3

Operational SMILE Incubator

This output will cover the organizational structure and normative infrastructure necessary for the sustainable functioning of the SMILE Incubator. It will contain an operational outline consisting of the following elements: a list of involved stakeholders, legal status and normative acts, organisational structure, management, and operational plan. It will form the basis for the functioning of the incubator as an institutional entity that aims to have a continuous and lasting impact in terms of empowering rural youth media skills and encouraging them to take ownership of the decision-making process.
