Unique Two-Day IT Event in Zenica Organized by ZEDA Agency and Zeforge
Prepare for a top-tier IT event brought to you by the Zenica Development Agency ZEDA, in partnership with the ZeForge NGO from Zenica, on September 19th and 20th, 2024. Following the successful HammerIT conferences organized by ZeForge, this year we anticipate an even bigger and better event thanks to the SpinIT project, funded by the Interreg Danube program.
The SpinIT project, led by the ZEDA Agency, aims to enhance the innovation capacities of the Danube region through smart specialization strategies and support for small and medium-sized enterprises in digitalization and skills development. As part of this ambitious project, the SpinIT conference is planned to cover key topics in the IT sector, Industry 4.0, and IT cross-sectoral collaboration.
In September, Zenica will become a regional center of digital innovation, bringing together 16 partners from 9 EU countries. ZEDA and ZeForge will jointly organize an international two-day event on digitalization, hosting prominent experts from across Europe.
The first day of the conference, named SpinIT Conf, will be dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the IT sector, Industry 4.0, and IT cross-sectoral collaboration. The event will take place in three Cinestar Zenica cinema halls, with parallel lectures, panel discussions, and a segment intended for the general public in front of the cinema.
The second day will be in the spirit of the previous HammerIT conferences, where visitors will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge through hands-on lectures from the IT world. This format allows visitors to get firsthand experience of the latest trends and technologies. All activities will also take place in three Cinestar Zenica cinema halls, as we are accustomed to with ZeForge.
During both days, visitors can expect presentations of various digital devices, IT company showcases, networking with the ZeForge team, a relaxed atmosphere with a DJ, and much more.
Detailed information about the event and registration procedures will be available soon.
The SpinIT project uses the "quadruple helix" approach, combining the knowledge of academia, small and medium-sized enterprises, government, and the NGO sector, creating new opportunities within the IT sector, Industry 4.0, and cross-sectoral collaboration. The project began on January 1st, 2024, and will last for 30 months.
Stay tuned for more information soon and don't miss the chance to be part of this unique event!
