3rd Transnational Learning Event and 2nd Transnational Stakeholders Group Meeting in Serbia
The 3rd Transnational Learning Event and 2nd Transnational Stakeholders Group Meeting, organized by Association of Business Women, Serbia on September 10-11, 2024, in the beautiful Belgrade, brought together more than 40 project partners, strategic partners and stakeholders from across the Danube Region.

Serbian and Slovakian good practices presented:
Good practices for support for digital and circular transition of businesses were presented, showcasing new successful ways for responding the skills needs of women entrepreneurs.
Main needs and challenges faced by women entrepreneurs for digital and circular transition, identified by project partners within survey and interviews conducted in the last months, were outlined. Among the highest ones are: lack of skills and knowledge; lack of financing, high investment costs; networking and mentoring; policy and regulatory support. Recommendations for improvement of the business environment are discussed.
The methodologies for development of the training programme and organization of the Innovation Contest are discussed.
