CultHeRit — SECOND STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING will be held in Belgrade, Serbia, from 21st till 23th October 2024. The event is going to take place at the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of Serbia - Belgrade and Serbia Trade Union of Employees in Cultural Institutions, Belgrade.
For the agenda, there will be topics which refer to the overview of the activities, as well as project management and project communication and Advocacy campaign. Main objective is going to be an overview of the Activity Transnational aspirational employment model and Transnational analysis of the employment practices in the CHIM in the Danube region.
As part of the project programe, all participants will have guided tour in National Museum of Serbia.

EU project #CultHeRit gathered its partners in Belgrade - second #SCOM meeting
Last week, from October 21st till October 23rd, second SCOM meeting was held in Belgrade, Serbia, where representatives of the 13 #CHIM partners met and discussed the following deliverables of the project.
One of the main objectives of the meeting was dedicated to the Transnational Aspirational Employment model followed by dedicated workshops and discussion.
Thomas Philipp, the representative of KUPF, has presented an overview of the activity Transnational aspirational employment model and gave us the glimpse on the draft version of the employment model for young professionals, which was developed within #CultHeRit project whose partners have come together to bring positive changes in the employment practices of #CHIM (Cultural Heritage Institutions and Museums). Presentation was followed by a session with workshops in which all partners actively participated.
Hence, the focus is on young profesionals, the representative of MAK, Carlotta Schiller has presented the research of the term „Young Professionalsâ which is important part of the TN aspirational employment model
On the second day of project meeting partners discussed employment situations in #CHIM and promoting accessibility of jobs in this sector as well as brainstorming of visibility of Advocacy campaigns in the following months. Partners also debated about defining the major milestones and distributing tasks related to its implementation.
After that, Adrian Lupas, as representatives of AJOFM Bihor, gave an overview of activity Transnational analysis of employment practices which include an overview of the achievements, a presentation of the most important challenges, and a preliminary outline of the results and preview of the final version of the document. Following this presentation, Michaela Neškerová (UPM) held a presentation about good practices in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague.
At the end of the meeting day, partners had a guided tour in the National Museum of Serbia.
On the third day of the project meeting, Lenka Stolárová, the representative of UPM, gave a presentation of the current status of the implementation of the activity.
After that, Marija Jurkić Flis, the representative of MUO and coordinator of the communication activities presented the latest developments related to communication, most importantly the updates about project webpage. She also shared some tips and ideas with partners on how to be more present on social media which will be also important for the future project success.
The meeting ended with updates about project management focusing on the planned deliverables and outputs and talked about the next tasks related to the implementation of the activities, as well as partners agreed that the next meeting will be organized in April in Banja Luka.
