Invisibility of Work in CHIM

This publication synthesizes insights from the CultHeRit project and serves as an open invitation to peers, stakeholders and authorities to join conversations about the employment situation in the sector. While not a formal scientific study or systemic analysis, this is an experience-based document designed to help professionals assess whether they face challenges similar to those identified within CultHeRit. It offers solutions developed within the project and invites colleagues to explore alternative, potentially more effective approaches while joining visibility and advocacy efforts.

This volume is the third in the four-part series CultHeRit Insights. It focuses on the invisibility of work in cultural heritage institutes and museums (CHIM).
