International Conference

You are kindly invited to participate at international conference Equality and Diversity in Forestry: Changing the Image of Forestry.

The conference will focus on young women in forestry and how to change the image of forestry from a traditionally male-oriented sector to an equality-oriented and inclusive one. 

The first day will be devoted to lectures and discussion. On the second day, we will have a study visit to Slovenian Istria, where we will see some interesting natural sights and learn about close to nature forest management in Slovenia.

The conference will take place on 24 and 25 October 2024 in Portorož, Slovenia.
