Workshop in Podgorica successfully compleated

The GeoNetSee Period 4 Workshop and training on pilot actions was successfully held on 11–12 November 2025 in Podgorica and Bar, Montenegro. The first day took place at the Science and Technology Park Montenegro and focused on the project’s overall progress, financial and communication aspects, as well as the presentation of current and upcoming activities across all work packages. Sessions also covered technical developments, system architecture, hardware and software components, cross-border pilot actions, and preparations for in-situ field training.

In the afternoon, project management meetings were held, followed by an open training session on structural health monitoring within BIM and practical demonstrations of GeoNetSee pilot implementations. The first day concluded with a wrap-up session and planning of next steps to support the successful continuation of GeoNetSee pilot activities.

The second day was dedicated to an on-site visit to the Ratac landslide pilot area near Bar, where participants had the opportunity to observe system functionalities in real conditions and discuss field applications with the technical team and representative of stakeholder.
