Day 1 focused on presenting the overall progress of the GeoNetSee project, including financial and communication aspects. A series of open sessions showcased current and future activities — from innovation level analysis and capacity building, to AI algorithm development, hardware/software integration, and cross-border pilot actions.

The afternoon continued with valuable inputs from EUSDR Priority Areas 7 and 8, followed by capacity building on communication technologies and sensor applications. The day concluded with a technical training on the GeoNetSee system architecture for real-time geodetic monitoring, and a networking dinner and social event for all participants.

Day 2 began with a closed First Year Review Meeting, featuring detailed presentations on activity statuses, key deliverables, and overall project implementation. Governance sessions included Steering, Monitoring, and Technical Panel meetings.

In the afternoon, an open capacity building session highlighted practical applications of low-cost GNSS sensor arrays for infrastructure monitoring and introduced the latest developments in SensoPOD technology. The workshop concluded with a site visit to a local hydro power plant, aligning with GeoNetSee's mission to support infrastructure resilience through advanced monitoring solutions.
