3rd transnational partner meeting

On 25-26 March 2025, the third cross-border partner meeting was held in Vienna, hosted by ipcenter.at GmbH, with the participation of representatives of 15 partners. The main topic of the meeting was the evaluation of the first year of the IntegrAGE project and the overview of the tasks ahead of the partnership.

The project is structured around 3 main objectives:

1. Raising awareness and influencing policy on age discrimination and the challenges faced by the 55+ generation in the labor market

2. Capacity building on the concept and strategies of age management

3. Promoting tailor-made lifelong learning, intergenerational mentoring, and work-life balance for all employees, with a special focus on the 55+ generation
