The IntegrAGE project's best practices film has been completed

The IntegrAGE project supports the labour market integration of workers aged 55+ in the Danube Region and promotes age-friendly workplace practices. It offers guidance and inspiration for companies to value experience, foster intergenerational cooperation, and create inclusive, sustainable work environments.

This film is part of that mission: it presents one age-friendly company from each partner country, showing practical measures that keep older employees motivated, healthy, and engaged. Through short interviews, viewers learn how companies support work–life balance, maintain productivity, and build cultures that recognise the skills of older workers.
