IntegrAGE Newsletter #6

We are pleased to present the final newsletter of the IntegrAGE project, marking the successful completion of our joint efforts to support the inclusion of workers aged 55+ in the modern labour market.

Over the course of the project, partners from across the Danube Region collaborated to promote age-friendly workplaces and to help older employees adapt to increasingly digital ways of working. By combining innovation with practical solutions, IntegrAGE has contributed to extending working lives in a healthier, more inclusive, and more productive way.

The project has delivered a wide range of valuable outputs designed to support individuals, organisations, and policymakers. Among the key achievements is the development of an interactive e-learning platform that provides engaging learning content, self-reflection exercises, and practical tools tailored to the needs of employees aged 55+.

In addition, the IntegrAGE Curriculum offers structured learning modules covering digital skills, cybersecurity, financial awareness, communication, and stress management. Complementing this, the self-assessment tool enables users to evaluate their competencies and receive personalised recommendations for further development.

Beyond training and tools, the project has also delivered a comprehensive strategy and action plans to support long-term age management practices. These resources provide concrete measures and policy recommendations aimed at fostering sustainable, inclusive labour markets across the region.

As IntegrAGE comes to a close, we invite you to explore the results and continue using the tools and resources developed within the project. Together, we can keep building workplaces where experience is valued and where growth truly has no age limit.
