AGRRA Organizes Community Training Events in Kolan as Part of the Mystical Danube Project

On December 15 and 18, 2025, AGRRA organized two community training events in Kolan as part of the Mystical Danube project.

The first event, held on December 15, brought together local women for a festive activity focused on felting wool. Participants created lovely Christmas-themed brooches, enjoying a joyful and creative atmosphere while learning a new skill.

The second event, “Ča je za obed? – razgovor o prehrani”, took place on December 18 and involved both local women and children. This event served both as a community training event and as part of the Action Plan implementation. The focus was on exploring traditional local recipes. Participants mapped local foods, wrote down their favorite recipes, and then illustrated their favorite dishes. This creative approach highlighted intergenerational differences in food preferences. All collected recipes and illustrations will be compiled into a recipe book, allowing culinary traditions to be passed down to younger generations, with women contributing recipes and children providing illustrations.
