Lead partner seminar in Bucharest

Earlier this month, we participated in the Lead Partner Seminar held in Bucharest, bringing together lead partners from second call projects under the Danube Region Programme, alongside representatives from first call projects and coordinators of the EUSDR Priority Areas.

The seminar provided a valuable platform for strengthening cooperation, exchanging practical knowledge, and fostering synergies across the programme. As lead partners play a central role in steering partnerships and achieving project goals, the event offered important guidance and support for our work.

The first day was dedicated to project implementation, with sessions covering reporting, communication, and financial management. On the second day, the focus shifted to capitalisation and synergy-building, including thematic networking opportunities and links to the EUSDR’s strategic priorities. These sessions enabled second call projects to connect both with each other and with ongoing initiatives and key programme representatives.

The experience offered us deeper insight into the strategic landscape of the Danube Region Programme and reinforced our commitment to building strong, sustainable, and well-coordinated partnerships going forward.
