Following the digital divide in the partner countries (Republic of Moldova (MD), Romania(RO) and Bosnia And Herzegovina(BH)), we have identified regional and small urban areas that are at a socio-economic disadvantage, where there is a higher density of people without access to reliable Internet and other ICTs. The labor force and work opportunities within the regions are at a low level, for people are unable or less able to find and apply for jobs, shop and learn, or areas are unable to attract/ develop appealing work opportunities.
