Alpe Adria – Trans Dinarica Trace map

Connecting Trans Dinarica Route with well established Alpe - Adria Route

As part of the D.2.2.1. Delieverable: Alpe Adria – Trans Dinarica Trace map, the connecting routes between Alpe - Adria Cycling Route and Trans Dinarica Cycling Route have been created and are available to view and download.

The project partner IFST GoodPlace has established the connecting routes between Trans Dinarica Cycling Route and Alpe - Adria Cycling Route. The latter is allready well established and very visited connection between Salzburg in Austria and Grado in Italy. These new connections will provide cycling visitors with easy possibilities to continue their cycling on Trans Dinarica Route, which begins in the Julian Alps of Slovenia.

IFST GoodPlace has therefore proposed several alternatives, crossing the Julian Alps region of Slovenia and the neighbouring regions of Kärnten / Koroška in Austria and Friuli Venezia Giulia / Furlanija Julijska krajina in Italy.

The tracks are equipped with detailed information on length, elevation gain and riding surface. They also offer plenty of points of interests (accommodation, restaurants, information, sights, etc.) and are available on this link:

Providing you have a Ride with GPS (RWGPS) App, you can also download the routes by scanning the QR code.
