Introduction of our Partners: The CESCI Balkans

The CESCI Balkans

The Central European Service for Cross-border Initiatives Balkans (CESCI Balkans), based in Novi Sad, Serbia, is a professional organization dedicated to enhancing cross-border cooperation and regional integration in the Western Balkans. Established in 2015, CESCI Balkans supports governments, municipalities, and institutions through applied research, integrated territorial planning, and capacity-building for climate and regional development. Within the Danube-ADAPT project, CESCI Balkans contributes to the development and national-level integration of data-driven adaptation tools, supports the implementation of vulnerability assessment pilots, and fosters evidence-based climate adaptation planning in Serbia and the broader Danube Region. Our interdisciplinary team brings extensive experience in EU-funded projects and cross-border cooperation.
