Introduction of our Partners: The Research Institute for National Strategy

The Research Institute for National Strategy (NSKI)
The Research Institute for National Strategy (NSKI) operates as a central budgetary body of the Hungarian government with a public service mission.
Its main task is to conduct and coordinate social, economic, cultural and environmental research as well as to organize scientific conferences and other professional and non-professional events.
NSKI brings into the project its first-hand practical experience in the development of the NAGiS system, which is a predecessor of the Danube-ADAPT idea, as well as its connections with public bodies and policy makers in the Central and Eastern European Region.
NSKI will carry out partner level project, financial and administrative management tasks. It will set up its own partner level management structures, adopting the procedures provided by the LP. It will participate in the project's Kick-off Meeting, including the first SC meeting, and will also attend the project's transnational partner meetings. It will delegate one member to the project's Steering Committee. NSKI will co-organise the project’s closing conference with LP/HMET. NSKI will coordinate project level communication and dissemination activities. It will be responsible for elaborating the project's communication plan, and design and manage communication activities required by the programme, tailor made to project aims and key target groups. It will closely cooperate with the LP and all PPs in communication tasks.
