Czech Smart City Cluster (CSCC) is a national platform bringing together cities, companies, research institutions, and innovation actors to support the sustainable development of smart urban solutions. In the Danube-ADAPT project, CSCC plays a key role in co-developing the Danube Region Adaptation Support Policy Platform and leads its IT development, ensuring that climate data, vulnerability assessments, and policy tools are accessible to decision-makers across the region. The cluster also contributes to building climate risk inventories and climate impact chains, participates in pilot vulnerability assessments, and co-organizes national policy outreach events such as Climate Breakfast Clubs. By combining digital innovation with local policy engagement, CSCC helps integrate evidence-based climate adaptation into strategic planning at municipal and regional levels, strengthening cooperation and resilience across the Danube Region.
