DECA Learning Lab: Cross-project Learning on Business Canvassing for Energy Communities

You are warmly invited to join us for the upcoming DECA LEARNING LAB:

Cross-project Learning on Business Canvassing for Energy Communities,

On 23rd May 2025

Duration: 90 minutes

This interactive session is part of the DECA Learning Lab series and offers a practical introduction to business model canvassing methods tailored to the needs of community energy initiatives. Drawing from tools developed by the EU-funded SHAREs project, the webinar will provide hands-on insights into how to apply and facilitate the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas in your work.

For community energy to succeed, initiatives need to work as effective social enterprises. The interactive and collective tools we'll present to you ensure that the voices, wants and needs of all those in a community will be heard, taken into account, and built into the design of future initiatives.

Whether already involved in an energy community or preparing to use the DECA Toolkit, this session will support your journey with practical methods, real examples, and expert advice.
