Meeting - September 26, 2025

✅ On Friday, September 26, 2025, we held our 5th monthly project meeting and shared updates on our progress.
🔹 Activity 1.1 – successfully completed on time.
 🔹 Activity 1.2 – currently working on the first phase (desk research). As project lead, RIT Croatia shared the desk research summary with partners.
📌 A key point: the desk research summary (Activity 1.2) is not the same as the six-month report that all partners need to prepare and submit by October 15, 2025.
💡 We also went through the JEMS system to support partners with less experience, and discussed communication strategies. Everyone is invited to contribute by posting project news on social media.
👏 It was a dynamic meeting, with active discussions and many initiatives. The project is moving forward steadily, and there is more to come!
